Central Cafe started with a simple idea: Dobson deserved a spot where the coffee was as thoughtful as the conversation, and where the evening menu was something to look forward to.

We opened our doors on Main Street with a commitment to real ingredients, genuine hospitality, and a space that works just as well for your morning routine as it does for a Friday night out with friends.
